Peak Music and Wellness, LLC provides Music Therapy services, Guided Imagery and Music, and community groups to adults and adolescents seeking to explore their inner selves and improve their wellness. Peak Music and Wellness, LLC offers virtual and in-person services in Southwestern Virginia.
About
Peak Music & Wellness was founded by Krystine Smith, MA, MT-BC, RYT-500, a professional flutist, Board Certified Music Therapist, Advanced Trainee in Guided Imagery and Music, and Registered Yoga Teacher. Krystine has been playing flute for over 20 years and has performed across the country in a variety of settings. She served in the Marine Corps for 4 years as a flutist with the Marine Corps Band New Orleans. Following her military service, Krystine completed her Bachelors of Music in Music Therapy at the University of Miami and her Masters of Arts in Music Therapy at Saint Mary of the Woods College. She is currently an Advanced Trainee in Guided Imagery and Music, a music-centered, depth approach to transformational therapy. Check out her new album, Euterpea: Fantasy Flute!

Guided Imagery and Music*
Music-centered, conscious expanding therapy to explore your inner world and support your personal wellness. Services $75 per session.
Private Yoga Instruction
Yoga classes tailored to your goals and intentions featuring live supporting music, and fusion of vinyasa, kundalini, and yoga nidra. Services $75 per hour.

Creative group offerings including music based mindfulness and relaxation, group GIM*, and yoga classes. Prices vary!
Flute Performances
Performances tailored to your needs and vision. Krystine plays improvised electric flute as well as standard flute repertoire, Celtic traditional music, and more! Contact for performance rate!

Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior may be subject to full-session charge.

Music
Euterpea: Fantasy Flute is an album of improvised flute music that incorporates many different flutes, including alto flute, classical flute, and many bamboo flutes. Krystine recorded this album in Fall 2020 to escape into a world of imagination in a time filled with stress and fear. With the album release, Krystine invites you to explore your world of fantasy and imagination following the flute where ever you fancy.

Krystine enjoys performing with several community groups in the Roanoke, VA area including Valley Chamber Orchestra, Pantasia Flute Choir, and Winds of the Blue Ridge.
